Steven Blumenfeld is co-founder of Quantum Equity Partners. In addition to his role in QEP, Mr. Blumenfeld is the Vice President of Operations for MIDI, LLC, and has served in this capacity since 1997. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Blumenfeld has been responsible for creating and implementing multiple operational systems at each new start-up center. He has played an integral part in developing, monitoring, and improving the model for a successful MIDI, LLC facility. Site development, financial review, staff recruitment, development of procedural and quality control manuals are included among his areas of responsibility. Prior to his tenure with MIDI, LLC, Mr. Blumenfeld owned and operated various start-up businesses and franchises. He received a Masters Degree from American University, Washington D.C. in 1976 and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Illinois in 1972.
